The Burn Difference.
Burn Functional Fitness was established in 2016 with the intention to improve the health and fitness of the Derwent Valley community. Now in its third year of operation it has seen a major facility upgrade and has helped many achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. 2019 has seen the gym expand their services, now offering 24/7 access to members. As well as group classes this will give clients the complete fitness experience!
Burn has developed a system to deliver HIIT (high intensity interval training) and strength training to it’s clients. Combining HITT and Strength Training together will allow Burn clients to tick every box in their training.
